The Monroe Institute Exploring Consciousness course provides an opportunity to engage in consciousness exploration, self-discovery, and personal transformation. We introduce you to Focus 10 (a state of body asleep and mind awake) and Focus 12 (a state of expanded awareness).

These states enable you to better understand your Total Self and to access your untapped inner resources.

Course benefits and experiences (both during the course and afterwards) vary considerably, but participants typically report the following:

  • Deep physical relaxation
  • Stress reduction
  • Deep physical relaxation
  • Improved sleep
  • Expanded awareness
  • Insights regarding issues in life
  • Access to inner guidance
  • Enhanced meditations
  • Enhanced intuition and creativity
  • Mental calm and clarity
  • More energy for daily life
  • Effective problem solving
  • Physical and emotional healing
  • Release of fears and limiting beliefs
  • Enhanced concentration and learning
  • Greater synchronicity in daily life
  • Greater knowing of the total self

Although not as common, some participants report communication with deceased loved ones, out-of-body experiences (OBEs), and various mystical experiences. You will return home with the experience, knowledge, and skills you need to access and benefit from these expanded states on your own without Hemi-Sync®.

Course instructions, course book, sound equipment, mattresses and food are all included.

Here is some feedback we received from the last course:

  • "Stephen is conscientious and passionate in ensuring the students gain as much as they can during the program. As the student, I felt his enthusiasm and his deep experience and wisdom of exploring consciousness. And because of that I benefited so much. Thank you, Stephen." - T.S.
  • "I went in with no expectations and found the two days to be very interesting. I came away with lots to think about and practice. Stephen was a great instructor and shared many stories to illustrate the relevance to life, of what we were learning." - R.M.
