Setting up for your meditation doesn't have to be complicated. Find a quiet dark room, a comfortable bed, and a good stereo headphone — and you're ready.

Stereo Headphones (Wired)

If you don't have a dark room, a comfortable sleeping mask will help block out light.
⚠️ Important Notes
  • Always use stereo headphones — mono headphones will not produce the binaural beat effect
  • Find the quietest room available — minimize external interruptions
  • Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended
💡 Pro Tip

Let someone in your household know you will be in a deep meditation and should not be disturbed. Even light interruptions can break the focus state you've worked to achieve.
